Late arrivals or arrivals without prior notification, as well as early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times, may incur additional fees and waiting. Please ensure that your booking time corresponds to the vehicle drop-off time and not the flight departure time.
The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding to cover all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport, starting on 29 August 2023.
If you drive within the ULEZ, including Heathrow Airport, from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will need to pay a charge.

Should you arrive the specified hours, you will not be able to collect the car until the next day.

It’s crucial to make the clearance call only when you are ready. We track the return flight number provided during the booking process, and any discrepancies in flight numbers can lead to significant delays in your vehicle’s return, even if the return time is accurate.
