For the drop-off of vehicles, it is crucial to adhere to your booked times as they are fixed. Timekeeping is of the essence. If you anticipate arriving early or late, please inform us and obtain permission to seek availability. A call must be made 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time—please note that texting or leaving voicemails is not acceptable. Late arrivals or arrivals without prior notification, as well as early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times, may incur additional fees and parking charges. Please ensure that your booking time corresponds to the vehicle drop-off time and not the flight departure time. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated

Terminal 2 Drop-Off Procedures

  1. Upon passing through the main tunnel, follow signs indicating Terminal 2. Stay in the right-hand lanes and merge onto the ramp.
  2. Keep to the right, following signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
  3. As you approach the car park barriers, drive towards the far-right lane marked as barrier number 6.
  4. Obtain a ticket and enter the car park at Level 4.
  5. Follow signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and proceed with the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will be there to assist you.

 

Terminal 2 Return Procedures:
  1. Call us at 07530500009 once you have retrieved your last bag from the belt.
  2. Passengers are required to pick up their cars on Level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park.

Important Note for Your Return:

Upon your car’s arrival in the car park, a 15-minute window will be provided for you to collect your vehicle and exit the building without incurring additional charges. It’s crucial to make the clearance call only when you are ready. We track the return flight number provided during the booking process, and any discrepancies in flight numbers can lead to significant delays in your vehicle’s return, even if the return time is accurate.

Vehicle collections or flight delays after 23:30 hrs are subject to a levy fee of £20 per hour, and all payments must be settled in advance. Your understanding and adherence to these procedures are appreciated to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Terminal 3 Drop-off Procedures

  • Use Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in).
  • During peak hours, drop the car from the forecourt to prevent delays; a levy fee of £5, payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, may apply.
  • Exit the tunnel and stay on the left-hand lane, following signs for Terminal 3 departures.
  • Continue past the Hilton Garden Hotel, staying on the right, and follow signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
  • Take a ticket at the barriers and ascend to level 4 on the spiral.
  • Park at zone A/B, the meet and greet points, located towards the end of the car park.
  • A representative will meet you at this location.

Terminal 3 Return Procedures:

  • Call us at 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
  • Car collection is on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park.
  • Upon exiting arrivals, walk toward Café Nero, take the lift opposite, and proceed to level 1.
  • Cross the bridge, reaching the pay station lobby at its end.
  • Take the lifts back to level 4.
  • Vehicle delivery occurs at zones A or B in the car park.

During peak hours, the collection/drop-off point may change to the forecourt to avoid extra waiting time; a levy fee of £5 to Heathrow Airport Limited applies, payable on the airport’s website.

Terminal 4 Drop-Off Procedures

  • Follow signs for Terminal 4 Departures. As you approach the Terminal on the ramp, stay on the right-hand lane.
  • Follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
  • Drive down to level 2, zone F, where the meet and greet points are located.
  • One of our Professional Chauffeurs, identifiable by Star Parking paperwork, will approach you.

Terminal 4 Return Procedures:

  • Call us at 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
  • Passengers will pick up their cars on level 2 of the Terminal 4 short-stay car park.
  • Exit the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, turn left past the payment machine, then take the lift to car park level 2.

  • At the main roundabout, proceed straight towards the ramp.
  • Keep right at the “Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up” sign.
  • Drive under the height restriction arm, keeping left, and follow the signs towards level 4.
  • Pass through the purple canopy before reaching the car park barriers.
  • Take a ticket and follow signs for OFF AIRPORT PARKING in zone “R & S.”
  • Our representative will be waiting to collect your vehicle.

Terminal 5 Return Procedures:

  • Call us at 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
  • Upon entering the arrival hall, walk towards Café Nero (Red colored pillar marked as South meeting point).
  • Exit the arrival building.
  • Take the lifts and proceed to level 4 (Do not use the lift next to Café Nero).
