Our meet-and-greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you at the meeting point.

Note: Please ensure your vehicle has a valid road tax, Insurance and MOT for your stay. We reserve the right to accept your vehicle without valid tax. You must drop your vehicle at our car park and take a taxi to the airport at your own cost. We are not insured to carry our customers in our vehicles. You must also arrange a taxi to our car park on your return.

When approaching the South Terminal, stay in the right-hand lane. Bear right following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK (Pick Up). Upon entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, please proceed to the ORANGE CAR PARK 3 Level 1 (Approved Operator Bays) and park in any free bay. Our representatives in orange jackets will be waiting to receive your vehicle. This will also be your meeting point on your return.

When approaching the North Terminal, stay in the left lane, following the signs for the SHORT STAY CAR PARK 5 (This is the first car park onto your right after the barriers). Upon entering the barrier, please proceed on the ground floor of the car park to the ‘Approved operators Area’ after taking your ticket. Our representatives in orange jackets will be waiting to receive your vehicle. This will also be your meeting point on your return.

Vehicle collection points are the same as the drop-off. Please call us at 07855 551 177 when you are ready and allow 20 minutes for the vehicle delivery.
