How It Works
- You must call us 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on 07530 500009. (No text/voicemail or WhatsApp)
- Your booking times are fixed. Therefore, timekeeping is essential. Anyone to arrive early or late must inform us and obtain permission to seek availability.
- Below are some Important information and guidance for your perusal to avoid service delays and unnecessary inconveniences. Only read the instructions only for the relevant terminal you are flying.
- Late fees and parking charges may apply to reschedule your parking appointment and arrivals without notice or early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times. Please ensure your booking time is the vehicle drop-off time, not the flight departure time.
- The following postcodes may not be accurate. We strongly advise following the signs once you have entered the airport zone.
The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding to cover all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport, starting on 29 August 2023.
If you drive within the ULEZ, including Heathrow Airport, from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will need to pay a charge of £12.50. Please ensure you have set up auto-pay.
The operator will not be liable if you receive a penalty for failing to pay the ULEZ charge.
Terminal 2 Procedures
Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
- After passing through the main tunnel, continue following signs for Terminal 2. Stay in the right-hand lanes and merge onto the ramp. Stay on the right side by adhering to signs indicating short-stay passenger pick-up.
- Approaching the car park barriers, drive toward the barrier marked as number 6 in the far right-hand lane. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4.
- Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet, and follow the one-way arrows leading to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you.
Terminal 2 Return Procedures:
- For Terminal 2 return procedures, contact us at 07530500009 once you have retrieved your last bag from the belt. Passengers are required to pick up their cars on Level 4, in Zone A or B, within the short-stay car park.
Important Notice
Upon your return, it is imperative that you collect your vehicle within 15 minutes once the call is made. N.B. If you are delayed in baggage reclaim or take what we consider to be an inordinate length of time to exit the terminal, we reserve the right to park your car temporarily in the short stay car park, and additional charges may apply. This will be payable by the customer
We also monitor the return flight number you provide during the booking process. This information is crucial for a smooth process. Providing incorrect flight numbers may lead to significant delays in returning your vehicle, even if the correct return time was provided.
Vehicle collection or flight delays occurring after 23:30 hours are subject to an additional fee of £20 per hour. All outstanding payments must be settled before the vehicle collection takes place.
Terminal 3 Procedures
Postcode for satellite navigation TW6 1QG
- Use Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in).
- During peak hours, drop the car from the forecourt to prevent delays; a levy fee of £5, payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, may apply.
- Exit the tunnel and stay on the left-hand lane, following signs for Terminal 3 departures.
- Continue past the Hilton Garden Hotel, staying on the right, and follow signs for short-stay passenger pick-up.
- Take a ticket at the barriers and ascend to level 4 on the spiral.
- Park at zone A/B, the meet and greet points, located towards the end of the car park.
- A representative will meet you at this location.
Terminal 3 Return Procedures:
- Call us at 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
- Car collection is on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park.
- Upon exiting arrivals, walk toward Café Nero, take the lift opposite, and proceed to level 1.
- Cross the bridge, reaching the pay station lobby at its end.
- Take the lifts back to level 4.
- Vehicle delivery occurs at zones A or B in the car park.

For navigation, use the postcode TW6 3XA (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in).
- Follow the signs directing you to Terminal 4 Departures. As you approach the Terminal on the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane. Continue following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Drive down to Level 2, Zone F, where the meet and greet points are located. Our representative will approach you and identify themselves.
Terminal 4 Return Procedures:
- Upon collecting your last bag from the belt, contact us at 07530500009.
- Passengers should pick up their cars on Level 2 of the Terminal 4 short-stay car park. Upon exiting the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, then turn left past the payment machine. Take the lift to Level 2 in the car park for vehicle retrieval.

Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
- Upon reaching the main roundabout, proceed straight towards the ramp. Follow the “Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up” sign, staying to the right.
- Pass under the height restriction arm, keeping to the left, and follow the “Avis/Budget car” sign. Pass through the purple canopy before entering the car park.
- Continue towards the car park barriers, take a ticket, and drive down to rows “R & S.”
A representative from our team will be there to meet you and assist with the collection of your vehicle.
Terminal 5 Return Procedures:
Upon collecting your last bag from the belt, please contact us at 07530500009.
Upon entering the arrival hall, head towards Café Nero (Red pillars marked as South meeting point).
Exit the arrival building and take the lifts, ensuring not to use the lift next to Café Nero.Proceed to Level 4 using the lifts towards meet and greet area Row R/S to complete your journey.
